Retail Purchases (via Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Returns and refunds for products purchased on third-party platforms are governed by that platform's return policy. Please initiate the return directly on the platform within their stated return window.
Distributor / B2B Orders
For bulk or distributor orders, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective goods, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
